Introduction
Self-introduction: Hello, I'm Jang Beom-sik, the representative farmer of Suncheonhyang Farm. After two years of preparation, he returned to farming in 2016 and cultivated eco-friendly, pesticide-free Songhwa mushrooms in the clean area of Suncheon, Jeollanam-do, after encountering them by chance in 2014.

Farm introduction: Suncheonhyang Farm is located in the clean area of the Boseong River basin in Suncheon, Jeollanam-do, where Suncheonman Bay National Garden, the first national garden of Korea, is located. He returned to farming in 2016 and has grown eco-friendly pesticide-free Songhwa mushrooms since 2017. It has a cultivation area of about 900 pyeong and is equipped with facilities that can be produced throughout the year, and the annual production is about 30 tons.

Cultivation: Songhwa Mushroom in Suncheonhyang Farm is a new kind of mushroom that is newly improved in quality shiitake mushrooms, and Dae is a mushroom that resembles pine mushrooms. Its taste and aroma are also evaluated after pine mushrooms in Korea, and it is an eco-friendly high-quality mushroom with a fragrant mushroom scent and chewy meat texture.

Cultivation method: Suncheonhyang Farm Songhwa Mushroom is grown with sunlight and wind without spraying water in the clean area of the Boseong River basin. Using only 100% domestic oak sawdust medium certified as pesticide-free, the temperature and humidity are adjusted in the latest air conditioning facilities, systematic cultivation management and cultivation of Hansong in a clean environment. A large amount can be harvested in a small area through a multi-stage homogeneous cultivation method, so production efficiency is high, and temperature and humidity can be controlled throughout the year.

Differentiation: Suncheonhyang Farm Songhwa Mushroom grows in sunlight at low temperatures and clean environments without spraying water, has excellent taste and aroma, and is rich in nutrients such as vitamin D, dietary fiber, lentinan, and erythadenin. Songhwa mushrooms can be eaten raw like natural mushrooms (However, if you eat them, you may be allergic to mushroom spores, so if you eat them for the first time, please test them in a small amount before eating them), and the scent remains in your mouth for a long time, and the large and soft texture is excellent.
